Order Status Terms:

  • Pending: Order received (unpaid).
  • Processing: Payment received (paid), stock held; awaiting warehouse fulfillment.
  • Completed: Order fulfilled, shipment tracking included.
  • Canceled: Canceled by our CS team or customer.
